New Home
The building is gone. Our mission is not.
For years, the Sharing Kitchen’s 100-year-old home was a place where neighbors could find a meal, a warm welcome, and a friendly face. When serious structural problems made repair impossible, the building had to be safely demolished.
We are now partnering with RCM to design a new facility that is safe, accessible, and built around the needs of our community. It will create a lasting home for meal service, volunteers, support, and connection in Fostoria.
A strong foundation, one final push!
The estimated cost to build the new Sharing Kitchen is $900,000.
Approximately $600,000 is already committed through years of careful stewardship, planning, and support from donors, churches, local businesses, and community partners. That gives this project a strong start, but we need the remaining $300,000 to complete the facility and keep the project on schedule for a spring groundbreaking.
